Broadway San Francisco Residence

We gutted and completely reorganized this grand Pacific Heights residence and made it larger by including previously unused space. We added a home theater, a spacious entry and guest room in place of the former basement and a vaulted library niche to the main floor. The facade was redesigned and improved to accommodate the interior modifications. We updated the house while respecting and blending the new with the elegant original gothic style detailing.
