The original owner, Joseph Peltier, was a conductor on the Pacific Avenue street car line. A passenger gave the conductor a tip regarding Nevada real estate where he subsequently made his fortune and in 1910 built this Georgian style dream home. This grand home, modeled on the Palace Hotel, we completely renovated to 21st century standards of comfort and technology while maintaining its’ charm and character. Also it was expanded by including an additional floor of living space.
