We redesigned the main living areas of this magnificent Pacific Heights residence to reflect the way people live today by improving the flow and opening them both spatially and visually. In addition to restoring many years of neglect, our tasks included integrating a seismic upgrade into the original brick structure. We honored the richness of the old, while smoothly integrating the cleaner lines and freshness of the new.
